All standard delivery times can be found on this page. Available delivery methods, fees and the current delivery time for your order will be displayed at checkout.

We offer international express delivery to your door:
Free for orders over $200 (€180.57 in Europe)
We will deliver your package within 8-25 business days, excluding customs processing time. During peak season, delivery time may be longer. Please note that BOOBUY is not responsible for any additional time incurred while the package is held in customs.

How do I track my package?
Once we start packing your order, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with delivery information and a link to track your order online. Please note that it may take several days for tracking information to be uploaded. You can also track your order under "My Orders" when you log into My Account.

Online Shopping Outside of Your Place of Residence
If you are shopping in a different location than where you would like your items to be delivered, you can change this at any time at "International" at the top of the webpage. Please note that all prices, delivery times and delivery charges will be adjusted based on the market you would like your items to be delivered to.

Undeliverable Packages
If a package cannot be delivered based on the delivery method you selected, it will be automatically returned to BOOBUY. To learn more about your package, please contact UPS.

Import Duties, Local Taxes and Duties
Please note that prices on BOOBUY.NET do not include local sales tax or VAT. If local taxes are your responsibility, they will be displayed at checkout. If the value of your order exceeds the duty-free limit for your market, additional import taxes and duties may be charged upon delivery. BOOBUY does not reimburse these charges. You can consult your local customs office for more information.

How do I pay these charges?
Once the package enters the destination market, customs will hold the package for customs clearance. During this period, import duties and taxes (if any) will be calculated by the existing agencies. Once the order reaches the local customs, our shipping partner will contact you and inform you of the fees you need to pay before the order passes customs.

Bank Fees
Please note that your bank may charge additional fees for cross-border payments. BOOBUY does not reimburse these fees.
