Return restrictions - Dangerous goods

We hope you will love everything you order from us, but if there are any issues, you have 30 days to return it to us.

We will refund you in full via the same method you used to pay, and the restocking fee will be deducted from the original payment ($25). We require that returned items be clean, unworn, and with all tags attached.

Lingerie, bodysuits, and piercing jewelry cannot be returned unless they are defective, and swimsuits must have sanitary strips.

Repeat Returns
At BOOBUY, we offer a flexible return policy to ensure you have an unparalleled shopping experience. However, if we find that your account has an unusually high return rate or that you are purchasing items for resale, we may deactivate your account at our sole discretion. If you feel that your access or orders have been restricted in error, please contact our Customer Service team who will help you resolve the issue.

How to Return:
1. Pack your return securely (in original packaging whenever possible) and make sure to include your completed return form.
2. Visit the UPS website to book your return, print the return label, and arrange for pickup
3. A $25 fee will be charged for each order you return. If returning multiple orders in one package, each order will also be subject to this fee. This will be deducted from the refund you receive.
4. Wait for your return confirmation email, which we will send after processing your return.

Please note that it may take up to 14 days for your return to be received and completed.

Please be sure to keep your receipt, as the responsibility for your return is yours until it reaches us.

How do I get a replacement return slip/label?

If you need a replacement return slip, you can find it here. To print a return label, visit UPS.

When will you receive my return?
It can take up to 14 days for your return to reach us and be processed. If it takes longer, please contact customer service and provide proof of return, such as a shipping receipt, shipping slip.

When will I receive my refund?
You can process a refund within 14 days of returning your package to us. You will be refunded in the payment method of your choice. We will always send you a return confirmation email when we have received your return and are processing your refund payment.

Credit card payments Klarna - Once your refund has been processed, it should take up to 14 days to see your refund in your bank account (although it is often much quicker than this).

PayPal - Once your return has been received by our warehouse, your refund will be processed immediately. PayPal will send you a separate email to confirm this.

This label is used to inform the carrier that the package contains flammable materials and has special shipping requirements.

How to return dangerous goods
If you wish to return or exchange an item that contains flammable materials, you need to be aware that there are special shipping requirements.

Please follow these steps:
1. The product must be in a box with an LQ Dangerous Goods label. If you used the original box, the label will already be on. If you used a different box or the label is damaged, you will need to print a new label.

2. Fill the box with paper or padding to keep the product secure.
3. Follow the normal return and exchange procedures on your delivery note.

Please note that if you are returning a product without any dangerous goods, you must remove the LQ dangerous goods label from the box.
