We hope you'll enjoy everything you order from us, but you have 30 days to return it to us if there are any issues.

We will issue a full refund via the same method you used to make your payment, and the restocking fee will be deducted from the original payment (15%). We require that items be returned clean, unworn, and with all tags.

Lingerie, tights, and perforated jewelry cannot be returned unless they are defective, and swimsuits must have hygiene strips.

Duplicate returns
AT BOOBUY, WE OFFER A FLEXIBLE RETURN POLICY TO ENSURE YOU HAVE AN UNPARALLELED SHOPPING EXPERIENCE. However, we may, in our sole discretion, deactivate your account if we discover that your account has an unusually high return rate or that you purchased items for resale. If you believe that your access or order has been restricted in error, please contact our customer service team and they will help you resolve the issue.

How to return:
1. Securely package your return (using the original packaging if possible) and make sure to include a completed return form.
2. Visit the UPS website to book a return, print a return label and schedule a pickup
3. A 15% fee will be charged for each order you return. If multiple orders are returned in one package, this fee will also be charged for each order. This will be deducted from the refund you receive.
4. Wait for your return confirmation email, which we will send once your return has been processed.

Please note that it may take up to 14 days for us to receive and complete your return.

Be sure to keep your receipt, as it is your responsibility to return the return until it reaches us.

How do I get a replacement return order/label?

When will you receive my return?
It may take up to 14 days for your return to reach us and be processed. If it takes longer, please contact customer service and provide proof of return, such as shipping receipt, delivery note.

When will I receive my refund?
You can process your refund within 14 days of returning your package to us. You will receive your refund through the payment method of your choice. We will always send you a return confirmation email when we receive your return and process your refund payment.

Credit card payments with Klarna - Once your refund has been processed, it can take up to 14 days to see your refund in your bank account (although it's usually much faster than that). PayPal

- Your refund will be processed as soon as your return is received by our warehouse. PayPal will send you a separate email to confirm this.

Return Restrictions - Dangerous Goods

This label is used to inform the carrier that the package contains flammable materials and has special shipping requirements.

How to return dangerous goods
If you want to return or exchange an item that contains flammable materials, you need to be aware that there are special shipping requirements. Follow these steps: 1. The product must be placed in a box with the LQ dangerous goods label. If you are using the original box, the label is already attached. If you used a different box or the label is damaged, you will need to print a new label. 2 . Fill the box with paper or filler to ensure product safety. 3 . Follow the normal return and exchange procedures on the delivery note. Please note that if you return a product that does not contain any dangerous goods, you must remove the LQ dangerous goods label from the box. If a self-adhesive return label is missing from your delivery note, please contact our customer service.
